1. Scope and requests
This policy applies to LEADSPERFECT LLC services, subject to the accepted agreement and applicable law. Email support@leadsperfect.com with your business name, invoice reference, service and reason for the request. We review the contract, completed work and documented costs.
2. Monthly services and notice
Monthly retainers are paid upfront for the agreed cycle. Give at least 30 calendar days’ written notice before your next scheduled renewal to cancel a recurring service. If notice arrives later, a further cycle may be payable only as provided in your accepted agreement and renewal authorization. We confirm the effective cancellation date and remaining obligations in writing.
3. Three-, six- and twelve-month packages
Discounted prepaid packages commit resources for a fixed term. Changes to business plans, ownership, priorities or use of services do not by themselves create a refund entitlement or shorten the agreed term. Early termination is reviewed against the agreement, completed work and documented nonrecoverable commitments. Any unused balance and permitted deductions are assessed transparently; undisclosed penalties are not added after purchase. Prepaid plans do not automatically renew unless expressly agreed.
4. Custom projects and initial review
For website, design and setup work, raise initial scope concerns within five business days of service commencement so we can address them early. This window does not remove rights concerning later defects, non-delivery or billing errors. Refund eligibility depends on scope, completed milestones, delivered materials and documented commitments.
5. Concerns and correction
Report billing errors or service concerns promptly, preferably within seven calendar days of discovering an issue. We may request details and offer corrections, revisions or another practical resolution within scope. Reporting later does not remove legal rights.
6. Approved refunds
When approved, we confirm the amount, any deductions, method and expected processing time in writing. Refunds ordinarily use the original payment provider where supported. Provider and bank posting times vary. Legally required refunds and payment-provider obligations take priority.
7. Fair review and records
We retain accepted scopes, authorizations, delivery records, correspondence and transaction references to resolve concerns accurately. Incorrect charges, agency non-delivery and statutory rights are assessed on their facts. Contacting us is encouraged but does not restrict lawful access to a payment provider’s dispute process.
