These terms apply to the Leads Perfect website. Paid services are governed by your accepted proposal, service agreement and applicable policies. LEADSPERFECT LLC is the contracting business. The written agreement should identify scope, charges and responsibilities before payment authorization.
Published prices are base packages in USD. Your proposal confirms pages, campaigns, locations, content, integrations, revisions, timing and responsibilities. Additional scope requires approval. Advertising spend, provider usage and third-party subscriptions are separate unless expressly included.
The $799 one-time base development package includes a new 4–5 page website, custom layout, agreed functionality, logo and website content. Domain registration, hosting and professional email are separate. There is no mandatory recurring development or maintenance charge within this base package. Larger projects and additional support are separately scoped.
Following requirements discussions, we provide an invoice and applicable agreements. Analysis and service activation begin within one business day after payment, signed agreements and required access are received. Project completion and campaign milestones follow the accepted scope. Activation is not a promise of completed outcomes within one day.
Provide accurate business information, lawful content, necessary permissions, authorized access and timely feedback. Access or approval delays may affect timing. Search rankings, platform placement, sales and lead volumes depend on factors outside our control and are not guaranteed unless a specific enforceable commitment is expressly documented. Ownership, source files, licenses and handover are defined in the agreement.
Website and brand concepts demonstrate design approaches. They are not operating client businesses or evidence of client performance. Demo forms do not book services with concept businesses. Published client case studies require actual records and appropriate permission.
